Not Recommended
I felt I did not get what the school's website stated. The course time you receive during the 4, 6, 8 or 12 week courses is a repeat of the 2 week course. You just keep going back into the class with the newcomers. Add'l course training is not given. You do not end up working with horses for as many hours in actual field time as the website states, due to drive time to some of the destinations. Some days we drive approx. 2.5 hrs one way to the site, which reduces the actual on hand field work. Lunchs were not always provided as stated in the website. Some days we had to pack our own. I signed up for the 12 week course. At the end of the 8 week course, I asked for a refund for the last 4 weeks, since I would not be learning any anything add'l. The owner was very rude and used profanity and told me to get off the property and that I could not have a refund. I was told to "Pack up and Leave now". There was no discussing or talking to him. I would not recommend this school.
