Design Flaw
The Chute has a design flaw. The emergency gate will not open unless the headgate is fully closed or fully opened. Any other position the hinge on the headgate hits the the emergency exit gate and will not allow it to open. The headgate hinge could be bent or the animal could not be released in an emergency. Prirfert will not warrenty the headgate hinge if it gets bent due to interference with the emergency exit gate.
