While trying to find a manual for my Japanese compact tractor, I resorted to searching the internet for advise, and Mitch at tractorco.com was one of the many people I asked for advise. He was also the only rude person to respond. Because I didn't buy my tractor from him, he apparently saw no potential in me as a future customer. That's too bad. I'd steer clear, unless you enjoy a stout rejection.
